Lodging within the Village of Logan consists of four motels who all collect a lodging tax as imposed by the Village of Logan. A portion of this tax is paid into a Lodgers Tax Promotional Fund, which is to be used for specific purposes as specified by state guidelines. These monies are collected and maintained by the Village of Logan. A committee of five individuals consisting of two from the lodging businesses, two from businesses within the community, and one individual at large meets and decides how these funds should be expended. Below are the four motels currently paying into this fund.
